Our Return Policy

Because your items are custom-printed just for you, we only offer returns and exchanges for items that are damaged, defective, or mislabeled. Please be aware of the following:

Reasons for return
* Damaged or defective items: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we will happily replace it or issue a refund. 
* Wrong item: If you receive an item with the wrong design, color, or size due to a fulfillment error, we will send a replacement.

What we cannot accept
* Buyer's remorse: Since each item is printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds if you simply change your mind about your purchase.
* Wrong size: Orders for the wrong size cannot be exchanged. To avoid this, please use the sizing charts provided on each product page before ordering.
* Incorrect address: If a package is returned to our facility due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.

How to start a return
* Contact us: If your item meets our return criteria, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing us at studioravalco@gmail.com.
* Provide proof: Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
* Resolution: Our team will review your claim and, if approved, will provide a free replacement or issue a refund.
